Super Childbirth Preparation

Registration includes the birthing person and one support person.
Partners are strongly encouraged to attend all classes!

This class is intended to be taken during pregnancy.

This one-day condensed childbirth class covers the labor and birth process, available birth options, pain relief methods, and introduces breathing techniques and relaxation strategies.
