Prepared Childbirth Series

Registration includes admission for the birthing person and one support person.
Partners are strongly encouraged to attend all classes!

This 6-week series class focuses on the different labor and birth options, pain relief methods, preparing support persons, breathing and relaxation techniques, comfort measures for labor, the birthing process, and postpartum recovery.
