Prenatal yoga is a powerful way to prepare both body and mind for labor, birth, and the postpartum journey. In this 6-week course, you’ll explore safe, supportive yoga poses tailored specifically for pregnancy. Each session includes a calming blend of breathwork, gentle movement (asanas), and guided meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Mats and blocks will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own props if preferred.
All bodies, experience levels, and abilities are welcome!
