Coping Skills and Techniques for Labor
Registration includes admission for the birthing person and one support person.
Partners are encouraged to attend all classes!
Prerequisite: This class is intended for individuals who have either experienced a previous birth or completed a childbirth class.
This two-hour class is designed to help you and your support person practice and refine coping skills for labor and birth. You’ll revisit techniques such as massage, counter pressure, positions, breathing, and more, with added tools to support you both. The class can be taken multiple times to best suit your needs but is intended as a supplement—not a replacement—for a full childbirth class.
***A Hospital Tour – "What to Expect in Labor and Delivery, Birth, and Postpartum" – is included with your registration.***
