LGBTQ+ Childbirth & Parenting

Registration includes admission for the birthing person and one support person.
Partners are strongly encouraged to attend all classes!

This supplemental childbirth preparation class is tailored specifically for the LGBTQ+ birth and family-building experience. While it does not cover childbirth or breastfeeding/chestfeeding in detail, the class focuses on navigating the healthcare system, finding LGBTQ+ affirming providers, understanding perinatal mood disorders, infant feeding options including induced lactation, and legal issues unique to LGBTQ+ families. The content is personalized to best meet the needs of each family.

This class is intended to be taken during pregnancy.
