Breastfeeding and Pumping

Registration includes admission for the birthing person and one support person.
Partners are strongly encouraged to attend all classes!

This class is designed to be taken during pregnancy and provides essential knowledge for a confident start to your breastfeeding journey. You'll learn:

• The benefits of breastfeeding for both parent and baby

• Practical breastfeeding techniques

• How to prevent and solve common challenges

• Guidance on pumping and safe milk storage
