Baby Sign Language

Baby Sign Language classes are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

Registration includes admission for the birthing person, one support person and infant.
Partners are strongly encouraged to attend all classes!

Developed by Dr. Joseph Garcia, the Baby Sign Language Program is designed to help parents and caregivers communicate more effectively with their little ones long before they can speak. Ideal for babies ages 6 months through toddlerhood, this class introduces simple, practical signs that reduce frustration, support bonding, and enhance early language development.

This 4-week series meets once a week and provides hands-on instruction in using sign language in everyday routines like mealtime, play, and bedtime.
